YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME A PARTY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT OF SALE WITH ASTRARKA, WHICH INCLUDES THE CANCELLATION, REFUND, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY AS STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. THE “PRIVACY POLICY” DOCUMENT IS APPLICABLE WHICH OUTLINES THE WEBSITE USAGE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Astrarka ("Astrarka") provides, inter alia, products for enabling learning in Mathematics, Sciences and related topics ("Products") through its website www.astrarka.com (“Website”). You as the user of this Website (“User”) shall avail the Products offered under the terms and conditions of this Website Usage Agreement (the "Agreement").

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Astrarka believes in helping its customers as far as possible. We develop and sell books and DVDs that our customers use every day. We have thousands of satisfied customers across the globe. We take immense pride in providing you with customer service and wish to assure a response cycle time that is second to none.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as under:

a.  Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

b.  However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and shipped.

c.  If the items have not been shipped, we will send you a crossed cheque after deducting Rs. 50.00 towards courier and processing charges

d.  In case of receipt of damaged or defective product - books or DVDs, please report the same to our customer Service team, please do the following:

      i.     Please send a mail to info@astrarka.com

     ii.     Our customer service representative will get in touch with you.

   iii.     Once we determine that a replacement is necessary, you will have to send us the defective part with the original bill / invoice to the address mentioned in the invoice.

e.  We will process the replacement request after we have checked that the product / part is indeed defective. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY:  

a.  At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

b.  The shipping fee is charged as shown in the invoice generated at the time of placing the order.

c.  For domestic customers, orders are shipped through Professional Couriers, Aramex or through speed post only.

d.  Orders are shipped within 5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

e.  Astrarka is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless otherwise specified at the time of Order).

f.  Astrarka is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

g.  Payments: Astrarka uses PayPal for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

GOVERNING LAW: The law of the state of Karnataka, India shall govern and control this Agreement. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or its enforceability shall be settled by the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
